If you are not satisfied with our products, you have the unconditional right to claim and receive a refund within the first 30 days after the date of purchase. No refund will be made after 30 days.
The refund request must be submitted through our contact form and by email to email@example.com for greater security.
Products must be returned in the same state in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused and complete. Second-hand products must not show additional damage or signs of use
We also believe that most refunds can be avoided. Please contact our qualified staff and you will get professional assistance on any technical problem. If you are not satisfied with our products or services for any reason, your comments and suggestions on how to improve the services we offer will always be welcome.
Note: If your product is defective, please first consult the product documentation, for example the user guide for troubleshooting suggestions or contact the manufacturer. Under the manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer typically has the option of either repairing the product or replacing the individual parts of the product. CoinCoin will not substitute any missing or defective part of the product or offer technical assistance for it if it is not the manufacturer.
30 days after the date of receipt
You can return a defective product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order through our online Returns Center. There the different solutions to choose from are offered.
Product damaged during shipping
If you receive a damaged product during its shipment, visit our Returns Center to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order or contact our Customer Service.
How do we calculate the return shipping costs?
If you return a product to us due to an error by CoinCoin, we will bear the cost of the return as long as you have used a return label with postage paid. If you want to return a product without any error from CoinCoin and you use a return label with postage paid, we will deduct the costs of the return of the total amount of the refund.
